🏙️ Miami Beach Reinvents Its Identity of Luxury

This isn't your grandpa's Miami Beach.
Two exciting new construction projects are underway in the City of Miami Beach, and they will soon raise the bar for the local neighborhood, while pressuring existing condos to restore, renovate, and update amenities to stay competitive with the market.
The Shore Club has been undergoing massive renovations in preparation of its new Auberge-branded Residences project, with sales beginning later this month starting at around $6.0 Million per unit (and up). On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal had an excellent feature of this exciting new Shore Club project, summarizing the fascinating history of this unique area of Miami Beach and what can be expected from this new construction project of luxury condominium residences.

Five Park is also a new construction, luxury condominium project featuring only 98 residences, situated in the heart of South Beach and at the foot of the entrance of 5th Ave. For the preferred "03" lines, prices start at $7.3 Million per unit, and the project offers both ocean and bay views, with penthouses sitting on the 48th floors.
