🏙️ Miami & Fort Lauderdale continue to "grow up"

Volume #007 - the trend of new construction of luxury high-rise condominiums continues, while "tallest building" record often broken.

The trend of new construction of luxury high-rise condominiums appears to have no end in sight in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets, as new condominiums continue to break the most recent "tallest building" record and both metropolitan areas become even more vertical.

Logically, the areas in highest demand in both Miami in South Florida, especially for luxury condo buyers, are all along the coast.  Coastal areas have the best views, however, there is only so much supply of these coveted locations.

Developers are clearly implementing a shared, general strategy for new construction using one of two approaches:  either by finding untapped smaller lots of land and building vertically, where previously were intended for 1-3 floors in the past, or by finding already existing high-rise condominiums which were built over 30 years ago, where the looming restoration costs are simply too high, and attempting to buy out the condominium to raze the building and later sell a project completely brand new.

Continue to look for even more new luxury high-rise condominiums in the future, and Condo Leader will always work hard to bring you the very latest news and updates accordingly.

The South Florida-based publication, The Sun-Sentinel, featured a detailed article yesterday, (link below) describing this undebatable trend for all of South Florida, and how each new luxury condominium continues to compete with the very latest completed project, always pushing to reach new heights.
